Eventually, we'll likely want to set up a legal entity in a country of our choosing, in order to be able to conduct business in the plain old business environent/bureaucracy set up by the world's nation states.
Both the general (shareholding etc.) concepts for founding this company, as well as their specific implementation are undecided at the moment, and need some research first.
